• If an incorrect address is provided, we will not refund or reship the order. Customers are responsible for verifying shipping details before completing the purchase.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Parcels

• Gyminit Activewear is NOT liable for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.
• This includes orders affected by incorrect shipping addresses, courier delays, or customs holds.

Unclaimed / Undeliverable Packages

• Parcels returned to us as unclaimed or undeliverable will require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
• Customers are responsible for covering all reshipping costs.

Customs Fees & Import Duties (International Orders)

• Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country.
• We will not provide refunds for orders refused due to customs fees.
